Creating a Playbook for the Building Talent Foundation

The Building Talent Foundation, an Ivory Prize 2021 Finalist, needed support with their national growth efforts. Ivory Innovations paired BTF with a student consulting team based at the University of Utah to create a market expansion playbook using Utah as a case study.

The student team spent 8 weeks interviewing, researching, and compiling their findings into a final report and playbook for BTF’s CEO, Branka Minic.
